# Standing instructions for the NEW Levchyk project

Read PROJECT_START.md first. It records the owner's latest decisions and takes precedence
over conflicting historical donor guidance in this new project. It does not modify the old
project or its active runs. Copy this file to AGENTS.md when initializing the new repository.

- Build sung character ads around reusable, versioned reverse-engineered formats.
- Preserve the source's overall music/visual/acting style; adapt angle, product, geo and passports.
- Reuse the exact modules and patterns in REUSE_MAP.json, preserving donor provenance and
  meaningful regression tests. Do not import the old Factory wholesale or rely on its worktree.
- Import the five GOLDEN_REFERENCES.json originals, verify hashes, and treat them as the
  owner's 10/10 creative examples. Never substitute missing or mismatched reference media.
- Select the best supported music route explicitly. Persona is optional; provider failures
  stay failed. No silent replacement provider/model/input, duplicate charge or fabricated success.
- Use the recorded per-run brief and budget. The owner sees the final film; internal audio,
  board, state and motion acceptance still precedes dependent spend. Continue authorized repairs.
- On the fifth observed rejection for the same eligible creative criterion, apply the
  bounded, versioned relaxation policy in PROJECT_START.md. Preserve every old rejection and
  report the changed criterion. Never relax product truth, identities, intelligibility,
  required coverage, observable media, real review access, spending authority or honest status.
- For each video, read its format blueprint, Music DNA and all three references, applicable
  product-state skill/contract, then facial-performance and all three references. Missing
  required files stop the operation. Reconcile copied historical rules with the owner policy
  before running imported validators; do not leave contradictory rules silently active.
- Protect accepted audio and sibling assets; version only failures and invalidated descendants.
- Keep raw receipts and media in durable storage, code/contracts in Git and secrets server-side.
- Show latest attempt, accepted version and published film separately. A worker success,
  draft or preview is never a completed film. Record actual final encoded-media evidence.
